PureTone 개인정보처리방침
PureTone(이하 “앱”)은 SUPERPANDA가 만든 Android·iPhone용 톤 제너레이터입니다. 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 서버·회원가입·광고·분석 도구가 없습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
없습니다. 앱은 이름, 이메일, 위치, 기기 식별자, 사용 기록 등 어떤 정보도 개발자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 마이크 권한을 요청하지 않으며 소리를 녹음하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
앱을 편하게 쓰기 위해 다음 정보가 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
- 마지막 설정(주파수, 파형, 볼륨, 밸런스, 음계·스윕·이중 톤 설정)과 마지막으로 연 화면
- 최근 사용한 주파수, 저장한 프리셋
- 청력 보호 안내의 “다시 보지 않기” 선택과, 안내를 하루에 한 번만 보여주기 위해 마지막으로 보여준 시각
- 프로 팩 구매 여부와 마지막으로 확인한 시각
이 정보는 개발자에게 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다. Android의 자동 백업 기능을 켜 둔 경우, 이 설정은 Android가 사용자의 Google 계정에 백업할 수 있습니다. iPhone에서 iCloud 백업을 켜 둔 경우, 이 설정은 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 각각 Google과 Apple이 관리하며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
청력 보호 안내의 기준을 정하기 위해, 앱은 기기의 미디어 볼륨과 지금 소리가 이어폰으로 나가는지를 기기 안에서만 확인합니다. 이 정보는 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
3. 결제
프로 팩 결제는 Android에서는 Google Play가, iPhone에서는 Apple의 App Store가 처리합니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 앱이나 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 앱은 스토어에 구매 여부만 확인합니다.
- Google Play: 개발자는 Google Play Console에서 주문 처리와 환불에 필요한 범위의 주문 정보(주문 번호, 일시, 상품, 국가 등)를 확인할 수 있습니다. 결제 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
- App Store: 개발자는 App Store Connect에서 판매 보고서(상품, 국가, 수량 등)를 확인할 수 있으며, 구매자를 식별할 수 있는 정보는 받지 않습니다. 결제 정보 처리는 Apple 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 권한
Android
- 알림: 백그라운드 재생 중 재생 상태와 정지 버튼을 알림으로 보여주기 위해 사용합니다.
- 포그라운드 서비스(미디어 재생): 화면이 꺼져도 소리를 계속 재생하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 인터넷·네트워크 상태: Google Play가 구매 확인과 업데이트 확인에 사용합니다.
iPhone
- 백그라운드 오디오: 화면이 잠겨도 소리를 계속 재생하고, 잠금 화면에 재생 정보와 정지 버튼을 보여주기 위해 사용합니다. 별도의 권한 요청은 없습니다.
- 인터넷: App Store가 구매 확인에 사용합니다. 사용자가 “업데이트 확인”을 누르면 앱이 Apple의 앱 정보 조회 서비스(itunes.apple.com)에 PureTone의 앱 번호만 보내 최신 버전을 확인합니다. 이 요청에는 사용자나 기기에 관한 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.
위의 경우 외에 앱은 다른 서버와 통신하지 않습니다.
5. WAV 내보내기
WAV 내보내기로 만든 파일은 기기 안에서 생성되며, 사용자가 공유 화면에서 직접 고른 앱으로만 전달됩니다.
6. 아동
앱은 어떤 사용자에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 아동의 정보도 마찬가지입니다.

앱의 문의 버튼을 누르면 메일 앱이 열리고, 문제 확인에 필요한 정보(앱 버전, 기기 모델, 운영체제(Android 또는 iOS)와 그 버전, 오디오 출력 샘플레이트, 언어)가 메일 본문에 미리 채워집니다. 이 정보는 사용자가 보내기 전에 확인하고 지울 수 있으며, 사용자가 직접 보내기 전에는 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 기기 고유 식별자나 계정 정보는 포함하지 않습니다.
문의 메일로 받은 이메일 주소와 내용은 답변에만 사용합니다.
8. 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
PureTone Privacy Policy
PureTone (“the app”) is a tone generator for Android and iPhone made by SUPERPANDA. The app does not collect personal data. It has no server, no accounts, no ads and no analytics.
1. Data we collect
None. The app does not send your name, email, location, device identifiers, usage history or any other information to the developer. It never requests the microphone permission and never records sound.
2. Data stored only on your device
To remember your setup, the app stores the following on your device only:
- Your last settings (frequency, waveform, volume, balance, notes, sweep and dual-tone settings) and the screen you last had open
- Recent frequencies and saved presets
- Your “don't show again” choices for the hearing-safety notices, and when each was last shown, so it appears at most once a day
- Whether the pro pack has been purchased, and when that was last checked
This data is never sent to the developer and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If Android Auto Backup is turned on, Android may back up these settings to your Google account. If iCloud Backup is turned on on an iPhone, these settings may be included in the device backup. Those backups are managed by Google and Apple respectively, and the developer cannot access them.
To decide when to show a hearing-safety notice, the app checks the device's media volume and whether sound is going to headphones, on the device only. This is neither stored nor sent anywhere.
3. Payments
The pro pack is sold through Google Play on Android and through Apple's App Store on iPhone, which process the payment. Card numbers and other payment details are never shared with the app or the developer. The app only asks the store whether the pack has been purchased.
- Google Play: through the Google Play Console, the developer can see the order details needed to process orders and refunds (order number, date, product, country and similar). Payment data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
- App Store: through App Store Connect, the developer can see sales reports (product, country, units and similar) and receives nothing that identifies the buyer. Payment data is handled under the Apple Privacy Policy.
4. Permissions
Android
- Notifications: to show playback status and a stop button while playing in the background.
- Foreground service (media playback): to keep playing with the screen off.
- Internet and network state: used by Google Play to check purchases and updates.
iPhone
- Background audio: to keep playing with the screen locked and to show playback details and a stop button on the lock screen. No permission is requested.
- Internet: used by the App Store to check purchases. When you tap “Check for updates”, the app sends only PureTone's App Store number to Apple's app lookup service (itunes.apple.com) to find the latest version. The request carries nothing about you or your device.
Apart from the above, the app does not talk to any other server.
5. WAV export
Exported WAV files are created on your device and go only to the app you choose in the share sheet.
6. Children
The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

The contact button opens your email app with a few details prefilled in the message body to help us look into problems: app version, device model, operating system (Android or iOS) and its version, audio output sample rate and language. You can read and delete them before sending, and nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. No device identifiers or account information are included.
If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
