자주 묻는 질문
새 폰이나 다시 설치한 앱에서 프로 팩이 잠겨 있어요
구매한 계정(Google 계정 또는 Apple ID)으로 로그인돼 있는지 확인해 주세요. 앱을 열면 구매 내역을 자동으로 확인하고, 잠긴 기능을 눌렀을 때 나오는 화면에서 구매 복원을 누를 수도 있어요. 다시 설치한 직후에는 스토어가 구매 내역을 불러오는 데 잠깐 걸릴 수 있어요.
폰 스피커에서 낮은 소리나 높은 소리가 안 나요
폰 스피커는 크기가 작아서 아주 낮은 소리(대략 100Hz 아래)와 아주 높은 소리를 재생하지 못해요. 딱딱거리거나 찌그러진 소리가 날 수도 있어요. 이어폰이나 외부 스피커로 들어 주세요.
화면을 꺼도 소리가 계속 나요
앱을 열지 않고도 멈출 수 있어요. Android는 알림에서, iPhone은 잠금 화면에서 정지 버튼을 누르면 돼요. 전화가 오거나 다른 앱이 소리를 내면 알아서 멈춰요.
환불은 어떻게 하나요?
결제는 스토어가 처리해서, 환불도 구매한 스토어에 요청해 주세요.

정말 광고가 없나요?
네. 구매 전에도, 구매한 뒤에도 광고가 없어요. 계정, 서버, 분석 도구도 없고 마이크 권한도 요청하지 않아요.
소리가 너무 크면 어떡하나요?
큰 소리는 청력을 해칠 수 있어요. 작은 볼륨에서 시작해서 천천히 올려 주세요. 이어폰을 쓸 때는 특히 조심해 주세요. 이 앱은 의료기기가 아니에요.

PureTone
A tone generator without ads. Clean tones from 1 Hz to 22 kHz.
What it does
- Tone: any frequency, in sine, square, triangle or sawtooth
- Notes: press a key to hear the note, with the A4 reference from 415 to 466 Hz
- Left / right balance, and it keeps playing with the screen off

Questions
The pro pack is locked on a new phone or after reinstalling
Make sure you are signed in with the account you bought it with (your Google account or Apple ID). The app checks your purchases when it opens; you can also tap a locked feature and choose Restore purchase. Right after a reinstall the store can take a moment to load your purchases.
My phone speaker does not play very low or very high tones
Phone speakers are small and cannot reproduce very low tones (roughly below 100 Hz) or very high ones; they may click or distort. Use earphones or an external speaker.
It keeps playing with the screen off
You can stop it without opening the app: from the notification on Android, from the lock screen on iPhone. A call or another app's audio stops it.
How do I get a refund?
The store handles the payment, so ask the store you bought from.

Are there really no ads?
None, before or after you buy anything. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, and the app never asks for the microphone.
What if it is too loud?
Loud sound can damage your hearing. Start at a low volume and raise it slowly, above all with earphones. The app is not a medical device.
